I began hosting workshops as a way to go deeper into aspects of yoga that I'm only able to scratch the surface of in my classes. 

 I love that you,  "my yogis", are interested in going deeper in your own practice and knowledge of yoga and the yoga lifestyle! So much gratitude to you for allowing me to do what speaks to my soul and for being a part of this sangha we are creating! Namaste yogis!

🙏 Monthly Meditation Drop-In 🙏

Have you been wanting to learn more about meditation? It’s SO much easier than you think!

Join me at my home in Shelton where we gather in my yoga room (or maybe outside if the weather permits) and meditate together. YOU are so worth this time for self-care, self-love, and

connection to our “Soul Tribe” community!!


Each session will begin with a brief go-around as we get to know each other and connect.  A discussion of the type of meditation we will be practicing will follow, and then I will guide you thru the meditation. We will end with a brief discussion/sharing of our experience.

Simply Yoga- AGAIN

After the 1st Simply Yoga, we've decided to try to schedule this once a month! :)

What: If you've taken my class, you know I do a lot of cueing on alignment, the bandas, the breath, ...

My idea for this class was to teach a yoga class where I'm basically just cueing the names of the poses with very little other coaching/dialog.   Without that constant rhetoric and direction throughout the class, you are able to more easily go within (pratyahara-one of the 8 Limbs) and experience your practice on a deeper more meditative level and tune into your own inner guide during your practice.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra/ "yogic sleep" is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping that allows the body to deeply restore and heal itself physically, mentally and emotionally. It is said that one hour of Yoga Nidra meditation is equivalent of four hours of sleep. During Yoga Nidra, the mind becomes extremely receptive, and therefore an intention (sancalpa) set duringYoga Nidra can be really effective in removing unwanted habits such as smoking and overeating. It is said that Yoga Nidra can be used for directing the mind to accomplish anything.

Conscious Eating Workshop

Conscious Eating is an awareness of what we eat, and how it effects us. 

I hosted a Conscious Eating Workshop about a year and a half ago, and have been asked to do it again. 

We will explore many topics related to conscious eating from fasting to the benefits of juicing and smoothies, to an alkaline diet, fermented foods and so much more! Then we will flow thru an hour long yoga practice together.

Mommy & Me Yoga

On the eve of Mother's Day, come do yoga with your little to connect , have fun, and share the physical and mental benefits of a playful yoga practice.

(Age range 3-8 years old)

7-Week Chakra Workshop

The chakras are energy centers in our body and help us communicate with the universe around us. The 7 chakras run along the base of the spine and correlate to certain parts of the body.  Unbalanced chakras can be experienced physically, mentally or emotionally.

 In this 7 -week workshop you will:

* Gain a clear understanding off all of the 7 chakras,

 * Learn how to test your chakras to see if they are balanced/blocked 

 * Learn how to  rebalance blocked/unbalanced chakras.

Each week we will cover one of the 7 chakras. The hour and a half class will consist of a 30 minute discussion/ explanation of the chakra to give you a good basic understanding. Then we will finish with an hour-long  yoga class focusing on stimulating and balancing the chakra we are focusing on. 

All levels welcome.
